First Time Participants

There is a moment when you have to decide: do you continue living exactly as you are, or do you change?  If you’re ready for good changes in your health and happiness, the best place to start is with your fitness.

 Set a goal and tell us about it.  You can walk, you can jog – it doesn’t matter as long as you get there!  If you want to finish your first 5k we can help you along the way.  Our coaches will work with you to gradually become active and healthy.  Before you know it you’ll be on the starting line.

Even better, you’ll find yourself crossing the finish line.  Successfully. 

 Whether you’re there for charity, for fun, for entertainment, or to take the first steps to a new lifestyle, we are here with you.  Everyone starts somewhere.  We just hope RunningLane is where you start.

I've been running since April of 2011, and I got into it mostly for weight loss purposes.  I quickly realized that I loved running and became interested in getting better and setting goals.  Each season brings different challenges, and I like being coached by people that coach me based on my personal goals, rather than a generic website that makes us all one type of runner.  RunningLane is perfect for runners seeking specific training tailored to their own personal goals.
