Fall Fitness

After a long summer, a lot of us are eager to get back into shape for fall and winter races. It is easy to get out of a regular running routine between beach trips, yard work and family vacations. Let Fall Fitness help you get back on track! Our group program, Fall Fitness is starting Tuesday, September 17. This program will be geared towards beginning runners who are looking for accountability and guidance in a fun group atmosphere. Whether you are new to running or wanting to get back into routine, we want to help you reach your fitness and running goals in a fun and intelligent way. Fall Fitness is a great opportunity to take your running to the next level. 


Training is about more than just running. It’s about balance, focus, having a purpose and finding community. We want our runners to be healthy, motivated and injury free. This is our number one priority! This training program will be for  participants wanting to finish or improve upon times in 5k and/or 10k events. Don’t want to race? That’s fine too! We want all participants to feel comfortable with training for a goal race or a personal fitness goal. For whatever, your purpose in running is, we will be there to meet you where you are and challenge you in new ways. 

This program will be led by Coach Alana Scarano, who is a USATF certified coach and has experience working with runners at a variety of levels. Will Rodgers, RunningLane Head Coach, will also be overseeing the program. 

3 Days of Accountability 

  • Tuesday and Thursday workouts with Coach Alana and Coach Will

  • Weekend RunningLane long runs 

  • Weekly workout schedule for participants over the 12 week session 

  • Workouts including fartleks, intervals, hill work and tempos

  • Sessions will feature dynamic warm up drills and proper cool down stretching routines 

  • Coaching geared towards helping you achieve your running and fitness goals

  • Race strategy and goal setting preparation

  • Learning opportunities on all things running related

Starting Tuesday, September 17-Thursday, December 5th (12 Weeks) 

5:30pm on Tuesday and Thursday for group workouts 

Saturday or Sunday for RunningLane Community  long runs 

Weekday workouts 

Indian Creek Greenway and other surrounding areas

Weekend Long Run

$180 for 12 week session (billed $60 monthly)

My coach, Brandon, has really motivated me to get into shape.  He gave me a simple walking plan and eventually I was jogging!  I was able to work into my busy schedule....and with two kids and working full-time, that is a hard thing to do.  Over time I’ve been able to go longer distances and I am looking forward to doing my first 5K this spring.  Thank You RunningLane!!!!
