If you are looking for the added edge and enjoyment of face-to-face coaching and training, consider our RunningLane PRO packages.  The added benefits include Team Practices where you can train with your team-mates and peers (Huntsville/ Madison area), as well as increased communications with your coach. 

What all is included?
In addition to unlimited online communication using our custom RunningLane dashboard, email, and Facebook, you will also be able to set up phone calls, texts and more, directly with your coach. Team practices meet 4x per week at various locations across Huntsville and Madison. There are 2 morning practices and 2 evening practices at 5:30am/pm to work around your busy life schedule.

During these practices we go over:
-proper warm up routine
-dynamic warm up drills
-proper stretching
-proper cool down routine
-accountability and supervision during your workout

All RunningLane PRO customers also receive special discounts into RunningLane Events such as Eagle Ridge, Grand Viduta Stage Race, Wade Mountain, Wild Thangs Trail Series, Conquer the Cave and the Cathedral Caverns Trail Race.

I was a 2:27 marathoner that seemed to have hit the ceiling. It seemed that I couldn't break that time. I ran a 2:20 marathon this past fall and a big reason for that success was due to coaching and guidance. Coaching is like having a second set of eyes on a problem.

As an active duty service member we are taught "Attention to Detail." I was focusing on my stronger attributes while neglecting my weaker ones. My personal coach pointed a few things out and changed a few of my workouts and like magic; I smashed my PR in the marathon.
