Hot Weather!

Hey everyone,

Obviously spring is coming and for a lot of us that means the temperature is rising.  We want to take this opportunity to remind everyone to be hydrating when you exercise.

Heat stroke can happen even when it's 60 degrees outside.  Take care, take a water bottle.
