2018 Summer Running-Form Clinic

 Thank you for participating with us!  Small group sessions are available on the following schedule (max 10 participants per session).  Each athlete can sign up for 4 sessions, but on different days.  This allows each athlete 4 training sessions for the clinic.  To reserve your spot, please use the entry blank below.

Group 1: 7 - 8am, Group 2: 8:10 - 9:10am, Group 3: 9:20 - 10:20am, Group 4: 10:30 - 11:30am

My coach, Brandon, has really motivated me to get into shape.  He gave me a simple walking plan and eventually I was jogging!  I was able to work into my busy schedule....and with two kids and working full-time, that is a hard thing to do.  Over time I’ve been able to go longer distances and I am looking forward to doing my first 5K this spring.  Thank You RunningLane!!!!
